Occurring around the month of August, Teej is a festival celebrated by women all over Nepal. Dressed up in red saris and tilhari , bangles, women sing and dance to traditional songs for days. Recently at Tushal Multi Venue, we had the honour of hosting a bunch of women for the Teej celebration. The event was a vibrant affair, where we witnessed a joyous gathering of spirited women ready to have the best time.
A large group of women gathered at Tushal Multi Venue to celebrate this special occasion. They wore beautiful traditional attires and looking absolutely gorgeous. They transformed our venue into a lively celebration space where they danced with unrestrained joy, their traditional attire adding a burst of colour and grace to the evening. The air was filled with laughter and music.
The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the food. Guests enjoyed a bunch of dishes, savoring the rich flavors and culinary delights that are an integral part of Teej celebrations. The food was as much a feast for the eyes as it was for the palate, beautifully presented and thoroughly enjoyed by all.
Our vibrant ambiance perfectly complemented the festive spirit, making it a memorable night for all attendees. We are deeply grateful to have been chosen to host this beautiful celebration and to play a part in such a significant cultural event. Seeing the joy and connection among the attendees truly made the evening special.
Teej is a festival celebrated by Nepali women to honour their husbands and pray for their well-being. It is a time for women to come together, socialize, and enjoy themselves.
