On September 19, 2024, Tushal Multi Venue proudly hosted the 3rd School Level Swimming Championship, bringing together enthusiastic young swimmers from various schools. The event was a vibrant showcase of talent, determination, and sportsmanship, all set against the backdrop of our own pristine pool.
The day began with an inspiring opening ceremony, where our esteemed chief guests—including the Mayor of Tarkeshwor and a representative from the National Swimming Council—were honored. Their speeches emphasized the importance of youth sports in fostering discipline and teamwork. The event kicked off with the national anthem of Nepal, instilling a sense of pride and unity among all attendees.
The competition was divided into four categories: young boys and girls, and senior boys and girls. As the races commenced, we witnessed thrilling competitions across various categories, featuring young boys and girls as well as senior competitors. Each swimmer displayed remarkable skill and tenacity, making the heats an exhilarating spectacle. The excitement built as the winners from each round advanced to the much-anticipated finals.
Among the talented swimmers, one standout was a remarkable 5-year-old girl who left everyone in awe with her incredible skills! Despite her young age, she swam with confidence and grace, impressing both judges and spectators alike. Her determination and enthusiasm shone brightly, proving that age is just a number when it comes to talent.
After a brief intermission, the finals took place, with swimmers giving their all to secure victory. The atmosphere was electric as the swimmers pushed their limits, cheered on by their classmates, parents, and supporters.
Following the thrilling races, trophies and medals were awarded to the winners, while all participants received certificates acknowledging their efforts. The organizers expressed their gratitude to the generous sponsors, including Dark Fantasy of Surya Nepal, Indigo Paints, Prime Bank, Kantipur Sahakar, and Dynamic Suppliers, for their invaluable support.
